Joe and his team worked with my Mother and I to sell the house my parents had built in 1968. Joe was always responsive and went above and beyond on several occasions to help us through this process. (My father unexpectedly passed in the middle of the selling process, and Joe was kind and empathetic to our needs.) He guided my Mother and I the whole way since neither of us had experience selling a home. His assistant, Thomas, was also responsive and a pleasure to work with. Lastly, his other assistant, Amy, was great and helped get us over the finish line by answering a lot of questions once the contract was in place.
